Refund Policy

All our application usage licenses and license renewals come with an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us and ask for full refund within 30 days from the purchase date.

After issuing refund, related software license keys are considered not valid and you lose right to use them, from now on any use of such keys is considered illegal. However, for example, if you are licensed to use product version 1 and then renew your license to version 2, but on some reason do not like version 2 and ask for refund, then you lose right to use issued license key of version 2, but can continue using older version 1 (older license remains valid when newer license is refunded).
