This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Web site. We (OÜ Moon Software) do not collect any personal information from website visitors and do not install tracking cookies on users’ machines. If you submit your email address to us (subscribing to our newsletter or otherwise), we will use it only for newsletter/contact purposes, and you have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

Software. None of our apps have built-in functions that can contact us or send us any of your information secretly without your knowledge. Some of our apps have a “Check for Update” functionality that can be used to check if there is a new version of the app available. This function uses either: (a) your default web browser to display the update checking web page; or (b) a program that downloads a small file with version info from our web server. No information that is not related to our app is transferred to us by that functionality. Data you create with our apps is not transferred to us under any circumstances.

Ordering. All our online orders are processed by our partner 2Checkout, see the 2Checkout Privacy Policy. In our own customer database, we store only your/company name, email address, country, and information about the ordered product, but not your address, credit card number, or phone number that you may have submitted to MyCommerce during the ordering process.
