Switched order processing to 2Checkout after MyCommerce/Digital River stopped payments
We switched order processing from MyCommerce (Digital River) to 2Checkout/Verifone platform. If you encounter any purchase related issues then please let us know.
MyCommerce previously handled all orders and you paid to them for our software licenses. They then transferred collected funds to us once a month, less their service fee. But they stopped sending us payments (despite promises). We have not received any money from MyCommerce for any of your orders placed from June 1, 2024 - October 11, 2024, that is almost 3,5 months with no income. Any license keys issued during that time will remain valid, but so far we have not received a single penny for these. As it has turned out by now, the same fate is shared by other companies who used MyCommerce (Digital River) platform for their online sales. It looks like Digital River is on its way down, they collect money from end users like you to the last moment, but do not transfer the collected money to the developers like us.
If you are considering buying or renewing license for our software then please do so now, as times are difficult for us with no payment for 3 months. Your support is appreciated.
