It is quite simple and basically you'll need to install Password Agent in the new computer and copy over your data file(s). Data file extension is .PWA and this kind of file is self-contained, which means that all your groups and passwords are in one small disk file that is easy to copy and carry with you.

1) Copy your data files to a floppy disk or other removable media like USB disk so you can transfer them to the new computer. If you don't know where exactly Password Agent holds your data, then open Password Agent on old computer and you are prompted to enter your master password (or open desired file using File | Open or File | Reopen). After doing so, you'll see your data on screen and name of the data file on status bar. Now you can copy the data file by using File | Backup/copy to command. This will only copy currently open file. If you have more files, open them one by one and do the same.

2) Install Password Agent Lite on the new computer. If you have bought Unlimited version, then enter your key code into the program under Upgrade! menu, otherwise the program will run as Lite version.

3) Copy your data files from disk where you copied them in step 1 to the new computer. Usually you want to put them into (My) Documents folder.

4) Now, in new computer, run Password Agent, select File | Open command and select the file name you just copied to open it.
